Human Resources Analyst
Our client is an established financial services firm entering an exciting growth phase. As they expand their operations, they are seeking a dedicated HR Analyst to join the dynamic team. This role presents a unique opportunity to build foundational HR experience while contributing to the development of their people function during this pivotal stage of their journey.
This is a generalist role where you will handle the full spectrum of HR administrative responsibilities while working closely with senior HR leadership. The position offers exceptional visibility across all HR disciplines and provides a platform for professional growth as the organization continues to scale. As the HR Administrator/Analyst, you will manage comprehensive HR administration including onboarding and offboarding processes, employee record maintenance, and involving in different HR projects. You will serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support across recruitment activities, employee life cycles, and campus recruitment programs.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of relevant HR administration experience, preferably within financial services or another regulated industry. We are looking for professionals with outstanding organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications is essential. Most importantly, we seek individuals with a growth mindset who thrive in evolving environments and are eager to expand their HR expertise.
