Learning & Development Specialist

We’re seeking a hands-on L&D Specialist to support the development of retail teams across a growing, well-established brand.

The Role

You’ll deliver engaging training, provide in-store coaching, and partner with retail leaders to drive performance, capability, and customer experience across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training to build product knowledge, service, and sales capability
• Provide in-store coaching to improve team performance
• Partner with Store and Area Managers on development needs
• Support learning programme design and rollout

About You

• L&D experience, ideally within a retail or sales environment
• Strong facilitator and coach with a commercial mindset
• Experience designing and delivering training solutions
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
