Role Overview: Seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to manage and enhance benefits programs across EMEA and APAC regions for a period of 6 months. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of global benefits, including taxable and non-taxable benefits, and experience in enrolling new benefits and aligning with various business teams globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Benefits Management: Oversee and manage the benefits programs across EMEA and APAC regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Taxable and Non-Taxable Benefits: Handle the administration of both taxable and non-taxable benefits, providing expert guidance on their implications.
  • Benefit Enrolment: Lead the enrolment process for new benefits, ensuring smooth implementation and communication to employees.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various business teams globally to align benefits strategies with organisational goals.
  • Policy Development: Develop and update benefits policies to reflect changes in regulations and best practices.
  • Employee Support: Provide support and guidance to employees regarding their benefits, addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse benefits data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with benefits vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in global benefits management.
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA and APAC benefits regulations and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with benefits enrolment and administration.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
