London city based (hybrid, 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote)
Drive talent acquisition strategy and recruitment operations for business services roles across EMEA within a global professional services firm. Enhance candidate experience, employer brand, and hiring processes while ensuring diversity and international alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnering – Advise hiring managers on best practice, market insights, and recruitment strategies.
- Service Excellence – Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring consistency, compliance, and high-quality candidate experience.
- Diversity & Inclusion – Champion fair hiring practices and implement diverse recruitment strategies.
- International Collaboration – Align regional hiring needs with global talent strategies.
- Employer Branding – Strengthen direct sourcing and promote the organization as a top employer.
- Optimization & Data – Improve processes with data-driven insights and recruitment technology.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven recruitment experience across multiple locations and skill sets.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, preferably in professional, financial, or legal services.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence hiring decisions.
- Commercial mindset with experience in optimizing recruitment processes.
- Comfortable managing high-volume workloads with efficiency and accuracy.
- Passion for continuous improvement and innovation in talent acquisition.
