Workday HRIS Associate
Workday Implementation & Optimization
- Support system implementation activities, including requirements gathering, configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, integrations, and deployment planning
- Assist with tenant configuration across functional areas such as Core HCM, Security, Compensation, Reporting, and Business Processes
- Participate in system releases, feature testing, and post-production enhancements
System Administration & Configuration
- Maintain and administer business processes, security roles, integrations, calculated fields, and configuration updates
- Ensure data accuracy through regular audits, data validation, and issue resolution
- Support organizational updates including structural changes, job updates, and position management processes
- Assist with HR-driven initiatives such as engagement activities, organizational changes, and compensation cycles
- Provide support for integrated HR technologies as needed (e.g., identity management, document management, workflow tools)
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain reports (advanced, matrix, composite) to support HR and business needs
- Build dashboards and analytics for workforce insights, compliance requirements, and leadership reporting
- Perform data reconciliation across systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
