Please note: This is a hybrid remote role – 3-4 days in office per week

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc HR reporting

· Extract, analyze, and validate data from Workday

· Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and executive presentations

· Support compensation cycles, including bonus and attrition analysis

· Build firm-wide reporting materials (including leadership and investor-facing summaries)

· Partner closely with HR, Compensation, and Finance teams

· Create polished presentations for senior leadership and executive audiences

· Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs

· Contribute to building a best-in-class people analytics and reporting function

Qualifications

· 3-6+ years of experience in HRIS, People Analytics, or HR Analytics

· Strong experience with Workday reporting (required)

· Advanced Excel/data manipulation skills

· Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights and storytelling

· Experience creating executive-level presentations (PowerPoint/decks)

· Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Preferred Background

· Experience in compensation consulting or analytical consulting environments

· Exposure to compensation, incentives, or equity programs

· Finance or business analytics background

· Familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., Macabacus)

· Interest in leveraging AI tools for analytics and productivity

Compensation

· Base salary: $120,000 (flexible for the right candidate)

· Performance bonus eligible
