HR Generalist
Our client is a global investment management firm, who is seeking an HR Generalist. This role will support core HR operations, recruiting coordination, and employee experience initiatives across a growing team.
This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence culture, build processes, and drive performance. You will be responsible for coordinating recruiting activities, including job descriptions, interview scheduling, and candidate communications, as well as managing onboarding workflows such as start dates, system access, and calendar coordination. You will support benefits administration and open enrollment through a PEO platform, assist with performance review processes, and maintain accurate personnel data across systems. The role also includes organizing engagement initiatives, consolidating HR data and contributing to longer-term projects such as system implementation and internal recruiting programs.
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented HR professional with approximately 3-5 years of experience, ideally in a generalist capacity. Experience within financial or professional services is required. Candidates should bring strong organizational and coordination skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with exposure to benefits administration considered a strong advantage. This is a hybrid role with four days in office, Monday through Thursday.
