Suncorp Group Limited is a trusted provider of financial services and solutions. Established in 1902, they are a top 20 ASX-listed company employing 13,400 people and serving close to nine million customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Client’s need
Suncorp is on an exciting transformational journey and is undertaking a business wide operational excellence programme. This Executive General Manager position was aligned to a particular stream focused on optimising shared services functions. The challenge was to identify candidates who has undertaken roles of a similar size and scope within the Financial Services industry and who were available to take up a contract role at short-notice.

Frazer Jones in Sydney was hired on an exclusive basis to engage with talent in the Australian and international markets. Drawing on our global network led to a referral from our London office  of a senior level HR professional who had been looking to move back home to Australia for some time.  We were able to connect with him before he had engaged with any other recruitment agencies in the Australian Market.
