As a Managing Director and Head of Southeast Asia (SEA), Charlotte is based in our Singapore office and leads a team of eleven HR exec search specialists covering Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

The SEA Frazer Jones business consists of three specialist teams: financial and professional services, commerce and industry, and reward, analytics, HRIS, and payroll.

Charlotte spent over fourteen years in HR executive search partnering with Chief HR Officers, CEOs, Boards, Managing Directors, and International CoE HR Heads, to appoint global, regional and country heads as well as building HR, Talent and Human Consulting, and Reward Consulting teams. Prior to Executive Search, Charlotte graduated with a first-class degree from Nottingham University and started her career in HR strategy, talent, and change management consulting with a top-tier global management consulting firm. She has worked in Singapore, Hong Kong, the USA, the UK, and Europe over her 15+ year career.
