Charlotte spent over fifteen years in HR executive search, partnering with Chief HR Officers, CEOs, Boards, Managing Directors, and International CoE HR Heads, to appoint global, regional and country heads, as well as building HR, Talent and Human Consulting, and Reward Consulting teams.
