Roundtable in partnership with Boxx global expat solutions: optimising global mobility for organisational success
Navigating global mobility effectively can significantly impact an organisation’s bottom line, talent acquisition and employee retention. The cost of getting it wrong includes unexpected financial burdens, talent loss and compliance risks, which can hinder business performance. Conversely, getting it right can enhance recruitment efforts, boost employee engagement and drive organisational growth. How can your company optimise its global mobility strategy to maximise these benefits and mitigate potential pitfalls?
To address this, we have partnered with Boxx global expat solutions for an engaging seminar in their offices in Amsterdam. The session will be led by Mireille Boyadjian, Global Mobility Expert, and hosted by Frazer Jones HR recruitment expert Liza Knapp-Fadani and Ank Beerens-Berkemeijer from Boxx global expat solutions.
If you’d like to attend, please register your interest below and we will be in touch to confirm your place.
OUR Seminar WILL COVER:
- Global mobility trends: employee well-being, technological integration and emerging strategies
- The cost of getting it wrong: financial implications, talent loss and compliance risks
- Impact on recruitment and retention: using international assignments to attract and retain talent
- Expat tax compliance: navigating complex tax regulations
