Puneet heads talent solutions for the Asia Pacific region at Aon. Operating from Singapore, he plays a crucial role in enhancing Aon’s Talent Solutions capabilities and integrated Human Capital strategy, collaborating closely with the Talent, Health, and Wealth Solutions teams throughout the region.
With more than 25 years of experience in human resources consulting and talent strategy, Puneet has partnered with organisations across over 20 countries in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. His career has been focused on addressing workforce challenges, developing sustainable strategies, and facilitating impactful transformation, ranging from advising Fortune 500 companies to supporting HR technology startups. Before working at Aon, he had prominent roles at Hewitt Associates and Mercer. At Mercer, he spent 15 years leading the HR Consulting division for the International Region as a Senior Partner.

Ruth is a commercial thought partner to the CEO and she leads the company’s people strategy across the organisation. With over 20 years of HR leadership experience, Ruth has partnered with executive teams across financial services, technology and property technology, from start-ups to multinational organisations.
Before joining PropertyGuru, she was Global HR Director for Research, Design & Development, Operations and Quality at Dyson, supporting teams across the UK and Southeast Asia. Earlier in her career, Ruth held HR roles at Macquarie Group, Merrill Lynch and Bank of America, and practised as an employment lawyer.

Amanda Gervay

Amanda is SVP Head of HR Asia-Pacific at Mastercard, partnering closely with the AP Leadership Team to drive and implement the regional HR strategy to ensure that Mastercard is where the best people want to be. A seasoned HR leader, Amanda is well versed in the dynamics of organisational design and restructuring, as well as culture change across Asia, Europe and the Americas. Prior to joining Mastercard, she was the regional HR lead for Thomson Reuters in Singapore, where she oversaw the people strategy with a focus on diversity, talent and leadership development, as well as organisational change arising from M&A and divestiture projects. In that position, she also led the creation of the people function for Thomson Reuter’s Financial and Risk business, Refinitiv.

Daniel Blackburn

Dan joined Standard Chartered as Head of HR, Transformation, Technology & Operations (TTO) in April 2023. In May 2025, Dan was appointed as Global Head of HR, Workforce Transformation, reporting to the Group Head of HR. In this role, working closely with all areas of HR, Dan is accountable for the Bank-wide transformation activities, ensuring the prioritisation and coordination of the work needed to deliver change, including the uplift and transformation of skills and capabilities across the Bank. Dan is also responsible for partnering with the Group Transformation and Fit for Growth teams across Strategy & Talent. Key focuses for Dan are workforce optimisation and organisational change, improving strategic workforce planning to enable a skills-based organisation as we continue to drive towards being a customer centric, data driven, digital bank. Prior to Standard Chartered, Dan held a number of HR leadership roles in Dyson and Vodafone working as an HR generalist and transformation leader in UK, USA and SG. With an engineering project management background, Dan started in Telecoms leading large infrastructure programmes before switching over to HR and focusing on organisational change and workforce strategy in a variety of generalist and COE roles.
