Interview with Shereen Daniels: advancing racial equity in the workplace

Author Nick Croucher
January 24, 2023

Our own Nick Croucher sat down with Shereen Daniels, Managing Director at HR rewired and bestselling author of The Anti-Racist Organization – Dismantling Systemic Racism in the Workplace.

Shereen is a gifted educator and speaker, capturing audiences across HR rewired TV, her podcast Advancing Racial Equity 4.0 and her annual conferences, Advancing Racial Equity: Moving Beyond the Conversations.

In her interview, she tells us what motivated her to become an HR Business Partner before the age of 40 and what drove her transition out of the corporate HR world – discussing her own personal experiences as a Black HR professional.

Nick and Shereen also discuss how businesses can find the right talent while building a more racially diverse workforce and how candidates can ask the important questions when interviewing with potential employers.

Watch the full interview here.

We were very proud to be gold partners at this year’s Advancing Racial Equity Conference hosted by Shereen. Read our article to hear some of our highlights.
