Job Title: Administrative Assistant


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Maintain files, records, and documentation
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and written materials
  • Coordinate meetings and logistics as needed
  • Process expense reports and general administrative requests
  • Support internal stakeholders with day‑to‑day administrative needs
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or support role
