Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Maintain files, records, and documentation
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and written materials
- Coordinate meetings and logistics as needed
- Process expense reports and general administrative requests
- Support internal stakeholders with day‑to‑day administrative needs
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or support role

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
