Senior Recruiter

Our client is a global management consultancy seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead lateral hiring efforts across their high-growth divisions in the U.S.

This role will be part of a growing recruiting team locally and a broader global team. It will support U.S. hiring, focused on consulting hires. The role will be focused in sourcing talent, managing processes and stakeholder partnership.

The firm is seeking strong full life cycle recruiting experience, excellent communications and soft skills and a collaborative approach. Ideal candidates will have agency or corporate experience in management consulting or financial services.

This is a growth environment with a high talent bar, offering the opportunity to help evolve their processes and approach while delivering high-caliber talent. The firm is hybrid, 1-2 days in office.
