  • Partner with the Head of Workforce Analytics to define the analytics roadmap and elevate data-driven decision-making across HR and business units.
  • Translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain scalable data visualization products using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Conduct advanced analyses (e.g., attrition modeling, workforce planning, talent flow analysis, DEI metrics).
  • Collaborate with HRIS, Finance, and Data Engineering teams to ensure data quality, governance, and integration.
  • Support the development of predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a high-performing analytics culture.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, HR analytics, or a related data-focused role.
  • Background in high-growth tech or financial services strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, or predictive modeling (Python or R a plus).
  • Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
