Group Reward Director – Investment Bank

Frazer Jones is delighted to be retained by a leading global financial services organisation to appoint a Group Director of Reward into their global reward and compensation function based in Singapore.

Reporting directly into the Global Head of Reward, this individual will lead the reward strategy, compensation advisory,and global compensation projects and processes for the investment banking (IB) business, partnering closely with the IB leadership team across a number of international markets across all regions.

This is a highly visible and influential position, working in close proximity with Global Investment Banking stakeholders and broader Reward / COE specialist teams to deliver high‑performance outcomes.

The group operates within a complex, fast‑paced global matrix environment. As such, the individual will be comfortabeoperating both strategically and hands‑on, providing expert guidance to senior leadership while ensuring high‑quality execution of end‑to‑end reward processes. Former experience in Executive Compensation is highly desirable, giventhe technical nature and regulatory demands of the CIB environment.

Critical success factor will be the ability to influence, challenge, and partner senior leaders, driving a best‑in‑class global reward framework that supports high performance and meets the needs of a sophisticated front‑office business.

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Global and/or Regional Reward Director with a proven track record in a major international financial services institution, partnering closely with investment banking populations. They will demonstrate deep subject‑matter expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate complexity while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
