Job Title: Senior Global Strategic People Business Partner

My client is a large global professional services firm, boasts a workforce of over 10k employees. Known for their bold leadership, commitment to disruptive innovation, and rapid growth and evolution, we are dedicated to shaping the future of their industry.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced/strategic Global HR Business Partner. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving strategic HR initiatives to support one of their commercial functions (c-suite). You will work alongside senior leadership to shape their organisation’s culture, talent strategy, and operational efficiency. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in strategic thinking, and possesses the ability to influence and lead change. We are looking for an experienced business partner who has experience in driving and executing large scale change projects and transforming HR operating models.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and business partner with your dedicated client group.
  • Lead workforce planning and organisational design initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, providing insights and recommendations to drive business performance through effective people management practices.
  • Champion the implementation of innovative HR solutions, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices to enhance employee experience and engagement.
  • Partner with other HRBPs, Centers of Excellence (CoE), and other stakeholders to deliver impactful HR programs and initiatives.
  • Support the company’s rebranding efforts by actively promoting and embodying the new culture and values.
  • Drive large-scale transformational change programs, ensuring successful execution and adoption across the organisation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering guidance on complex people-related issues and decision-making.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a strategic HR leader, preferably within a global and matrix organisation.
  • Strong background in organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive transformational change initiatives and lead large-scale projects from conception to implementation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of leveraging data and insights to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
  • High energy, adaptable, and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
