HR Business Partner

My client is a leading global services/tech provider. Join their team in London, UK, and be part of a growing global company.

They are looking for an HR Business Partner for their UK client group, supporting a client base of 2-300 employees. The role involves providing strategic and operational HR support to their management and employees, driving initiatives for engagement, performance, and organisational effectiveness. They have a large proportion of graduates in their population and a fair chuk of the work is working across employee relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Employee relations and performance management.
  • Working across a number of HR processes including performance reviews and engagement surveys.
  • Able to analyse data and drive HR strategy.
  • Coach managers and facilitate training on development and management topics.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with UK laws.
  • Collaborate with HR centres of excellence and manage HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree is essential.
  • HR Business Partner experience in a matrix organisation.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment laws.
  • Strong experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • CIPD qualification desirable.
