HR Business Partner
My client is a leading global services/tech provider. Join their team in London, UK, and be part of a growing global company.
They are looking for an HR Business Partner for their UK client group, supporting a client base of 2-300 employees. The role involves providing strategic and operational HR support to their management and employees, driving initiatives for engagement, performance, and organisational effectiveness. They have a large proportion of graduates in their population and a fair chuk of the work is working across employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to achieve strategic objectives.
- Employee relations and performance management.
- Working across a number of HR processes including performance reviews and engagement surveys.
- Able to analyse data and drive HR strategy.
- Coach managers and facilitate training on development and management topics.
- Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with UK laws.
- Collaborate with HR centres of excellence and manage HR operations.
Qualifications:
- Degree is essential.
- HR Business Partner experience in a matrix organisation.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment laws.
- Strong experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- CIPD qualification desirable.
