The Company
Our client is an internationally leading provider of data-driven people, reward and compensation solutions. With a high-quality, proprietary portfolio of analytics, benchmarks and advisory offerings, the firm supports large national and multinational organizations in making strategic, compliant and future-oriented reward decisions.
For the DACH region, we are seeking an entrepreneurial leader to take full responsibility for an established Reward Advisory & Solutions business with revenues of approximately EUR 3.5m, and to scale it into a sustainable double-digit growth trajectory.
The Role
- Full P&L responsibility for a profitable Reward Advisory & Solutions business in the DACH market
- Medium-term transformation of a mature business from 2-3% growth to >10% p.a.
- Leadership and development of a team of highly senior reward and advisory experts (consulting and sales-oriented profiles)
- Ownership of business development, go-to-market strategy and market positioning across the region
- Active involvement in top key accounts, complex proposal processes and executive-level deal closures
- Thought leadership on strategic and regulatory topics such as
- pay transparency, pay equity, performance- and ESG-linked reward models
Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership and commercial responsibility gained in
- a consulting / advisory environment (HR, people, rewards, organization), or
- a senior Total Rewards / Compensation role within a corporate setting
- Strong understanding of reward strategies, data-driven solutions and governance frameworks
- Demonstrable track record in business growth, market expansion or portfolio scaling
- Credibility as an executive-level sparring partner to HR leadership and C‑suite stakeholders
- Strong professional network within the DACH region
