We are partnering exclusively with a valued client on a confidential search for a Head of Talent Acquisition. This is a senior leadership opportunity to lead the recruitment function, driving the attraction, engagement, and hiring of exceptional talent across multiple regions and business lines.

As a key member of the HR Leadership Team, you will partner closely with senior executives to develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy that supports ambitious growth objectives, strengthens the employer brand, and delivers an outstanding candidate experience.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning priorities.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing recruitment team across multiple geographies.
  • Partner with business leaders to anticipate talent needs and develop proactive hiring strategies.
  • Drive executive, experienced-hire, and campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Enhance the employer brand and employee value proposition to attract top-tier talent.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and market intelligence to improve hiring outcomes and support informed decision-making.
  • Optimize recruitment processes, technology platforms, and sourcing strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, search firms, universities, and industry networks.

What We Are Looking For

  • 15+ years of talent acquisition experience, including significant leadership responsibility within a complex, global organization.
  • Proven success leading recruitment teams within professional services, consulting, legal, financial services, or other knowledge-based industries.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior executives and business leaders.
  • Experience managing both high-volume and specialist hiring across multiple markets.
  • Deep understanding of talent market trends, workforce planning, talent attraction, and employer branding.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience using recruitment metrics and analytics to drive performance and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and change management capabilities.
  • Fluency in both Cantonese and English is essential.
