HR Assistant
Our client is a global management consulting firm looking to hire an HR Assistant who will support two HR Managers (US and UK) and a ~300-person population globally. The role is focused on employee life cycle activities inclusive of onboarding, benefits, payroll, Workday data management, HR projects and providing support for employee relations cases and cyclical performance processes.
The firm is seeking 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, combined with professionalism and ambition. This is an exciting, global opportunity with a firm committed to developing its HR professionals internally. They offer a hybrid work model with 2 days a week in their Midtown office.
