We’re partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. This is a strategic role, partnering with senior leaders to drive people initiatives, organisational performance, talent development and business change across a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver people plans aligned to business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance, talent and organisational change.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning and talent management activities.
- Support business transformation and change programmes.
- Use people data and insight to inform decision-making and improve performance.
- Collaborate with wider HR teams to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
About You
- Experienced HR Business Partner with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Background within professional services or a similarly complex, corporate environment.
- Commercially minded with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and UK employment legislation.
- Experienced in managing change and driving business-focused HR solutions.
