HR Director – Total Rewards

We are currently working with a startup that specializes in acquiring market-leading businesses within the access solutions space, including commercial doors, security gates, surveillance systems, etc. Their objective is to acquire businesses and further enhance them through strategic partnerships behind the scenes.

We are in search of an HR Director who holds a strong skill set across Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Organizational Development, and Compliance. The company currently has 180 employees and aims to scale to around 500 employees by the end of the year.

We are seeking someone who possesses a strong Total Rewards skill set and has experience acquiring at least 3 businesses throughout their career.

This position is fully remote.
