Temporary Recruiter

Our client is going through a period of substantial growth and is currently seeking a Temporary Recruiter based in New York City to work remotely. The goal is to partner with their go-to-market (GTM) team for a duration of 6-12 months.
The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in filling GTM roles in a tech company, possess agency and corporate recruitment experience, be process-driven, display critical thinking skills, and follow the company’s recruitment playbook. Our client is looking for a professional who can build trustworthy relationships with their superiors, colleagues, executives, and managers, and follow the company’s recruitment protocols. This is a remote position, but the candidate needs to reside in New York.
This role requires the recruiter to provide support to the hiring managers in the recruitment process, including sourcing, prescreening, scheduling interviews, coordinating, negotiating salaries, extending offers, partnering with the hiring managers, and more.
The pay range for this role is $35-$45 per hour. It’s important to note that the candidate must have previously worked for a tech company, filled sales, marketing, and customer success roles, and have agency experience. If this opportunity aligns with your experience, please apply.
