Hr Generalist
Frazer Jones are partnering with a highly successful venture capital firm seeking an ambitious and hands-on HR Generalist to join their people team. Reporting directly into the Head of HR, based in New York, this is a newly created position that offers the opportunity to become a trusted second-in-command and play a key role in supporting employees across multiple international locations.

The Opportunity
As the HR Generalist, you will support the full employee lifecycle while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business. You’ll be involved in a broad range of HR activities and will help deliver an exceptional employee experience globally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance management and offboarding
- Supporting global payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Administering and enhancing employee benefits programmes
- Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to employees and managers
- Supporting global mobility and immigration processes
- Coordinating learning and development initiatives and employee engagement programmes
- Assisting with HR projects, policy development and process improvement initiatives
- Maintaining HR systems and employee data with a high level of accuracy
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice across international locations
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and acting as a trusted HR partner
About You
You will bring:
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience gained within venture capital, private equity, financial services, investment management, professional services or a similarly fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle
- Proven experience managing or supporting global payroll operations
- Solid employee benefits administration experience
- Understanding of immigration and international employment considerations
- Exposure to learning and development programmes and initiatives
- Experience supporting employees and stakeholders across multiple countries
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
- A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves
