Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring a high‑quality, responsive service to the business
* Act as a trusted advisor to partners, offering practical, commercially minded HR guidance
* Lead and develop a small HR team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing culture
* Manage employee relations, performance processes, and policy application
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and firm policies

About You
* Previous experience working within a law firm is essential
* Confident advising partners and senior stakeholders with credibility and discretion
* Comfortable managing a small team while remaining hands‑on with operational tasks
