HR Manager/Director

Our client is a leading financial services firm who is seeking an HR Manager/Director based in Boston.

This role will join an established and growing HR team dedicated to supporting an investment population within the firm, across end-to-end talent areas inclusive of recruiting, performance, ER, development, training, etc.

They’re seeking strong experience across a broad generalist scope, ideally within financial services or consulting (but are flexible on industry for the right person). Excellent soft skills, sense of urgency and comfort working across both an operational and strategic scope is critical. Excellent total comp potential plus hybrid model in downtown Boston.
