Are you an HR operations leader who loves creating great employee experiences and making things run brilliantly behind the scenes?
We’re looking for an HR Operations Manager to lead an HR operations and administration team, ensuring a seamless experience for employees at every stage of the employee lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business where HR is genuinely valued.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading HR operations across the employee lifecycle
- Overseeing payroll, benefits and HR administration
- Managing joiners, movers and leavers processes
- Owning Workday administration, data integrity and reporting
- Supporting salary benchmarking and reward administration
- Driving continuous improvement across HR processes and services
- Leading and developing a team of four across HR Operations and Recruitment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading an HR Operations or HR Shared Services function
- Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits and HR systems
- Workday experience (or a similar HRIS)
- A hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for improving processes
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative leader who enjoys building strong relationships across the business
