HR Technology Associate Director
Job Description:
As part of the Human Resources team, the HR Technology Associate Director will lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of HR technology solutions to address business needs. This role oversees HR technology projects and manages a team of associates while collaborating with HR leaders and IT partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR technology initiatives, including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and mentor HR Technology team members, ensuring quality and timely delivery of work.
- Oversee system maintenance, data integrity, security, and adoption of new features.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders, ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR systems, integrations, and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency within the HR technology landscape.
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and maintain strong governance to mitigate risk.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise level HR, Payroll and Reporting systems, with preference for experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical abilities to solve problems and issues
- Advanced Excel skills including v-lookup, pivot tables, charts, graphing and macros
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
