Learning & Development and DEI Lead
We are partnering with a top tier global investment firm looking to appoint a Regional Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion Lead to join their dynamic team. This will be a global role and part of the global talent team, with a primary focus of looking after the Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion strategy for the Asia region.
Reporting to the Global Head of the function, you will partner directly with business leaders across the region to understand development needs and ensure that the appropriate interventions are in place. You will have ownership of various global and regional programs and be responsible for driving the Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion agenda making sure that it is reflected in all people decisions and aligns with the overall development priorities of the business.
To be a top candidate for this role, you will have approximately 10 years of experience in Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion, with a proven track record of working in a regional capacity looking after multiple markets. You will be highly skilled in project management, stakeholder management, and partnerships, and thrive in a dynamic client-facing and highly consultative role. Additionally, you will be an expert in Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion and be well-informed on best practices and trends in the market.
