Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Our client is a prominent global financial services company with a well-established reputation in the Asia Pacific region. Currently in a position of rapid expansion in Asia, they are seeking a highly motivated talent acquisition coordinator to join their team based in Hong Kong.
Being part of a global high-performing talent acquisition team and working closely with a wide range of stakeholders regionally, you will be responsible to support the hiring efforts across Asia of the organization’s fastest growing businesses. This role will be responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment coordination, pre-hiring and onboarding including drafting offering letters, interview coordination, executing background checks, visa processing, pre-employment screening, and other related functions.
To be successful in this role, you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will have at least 5 years of prior experience preferably in the financial services or banking industry, and a proven track record of working in a truly global environment with a regional scope. Furthermore, you will have experience in engaging closely with senior stakeholders and be able to handle a large volume of assignments on a monthly basis.
