We are delighted to be working on a new search for a reputable global investment firm looking to appoint a Human Resources Associate based in Hong Kong. As a firm, they have continued to enjoy growth and remain a top-tier firm with an excellent reputation.

As HR Associate, reporting into the Head of HR for APAC, you will operate in a broad scope within a highly collegiate and collaborative team. You will be responsible for providing support in day-to-day administration and execution of core HR Operations including recruitment coordination, benefits administration, payroll, HRIS, onboarding, and mobility, as well as partnering closely with global teams on key HR initiatives aimed at helping to scale the business in the region.

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist / HR Operations role within the financial services industry. You will be comfortable with internal stakeholder management and have strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. You will be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment, have good attention to detail, and be able to work independently. Additionally, having prior regional experience will be a big plus for the role!
