About the Role

As a Legal Recruiting Coordinator in our London office, you will play a central role in supporting the full lifecycle of lateral attorney recruitment across London, Brussels, and Paris. Working closely with a highly collaborative and fast‑paced team, you will help ensure a seamless experience for candidates, partners, and internal stakeholders.

You will be involved in everything from application review and interview coordination to onboarding and data management. This is an ideal role for someone who is organised, detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Candidate Management

  • Manage the CV portal, review applications, download and summarise CVs for partner circulation.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies to ensure effective candidate management and strong relationships.
  • Support recruitment of document reviewers and contract attorneys at short notice.

Interview Coordination & Stakeholder Liaison

  • Coordinate interviews, including arranging MS Teams links, room bookings, reminders, and greeting candidates.
  • Collate and track post‑interview feedback.
  • Update partners on recruitment progress and maintain accurate tracking in internal systems including OneNote and the DMS.

Offers, Compliance & Data Management

  • Assist with drafting approval documents and preparing offer paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate records in the international recruitment database.
  • Support pre‑screening, background checks, DBS, conflicts, and right‑to‑work processes.

Onboarding & Induction

  • Coordinate pre‑joiner information, relocations and accommodation where needed.
  • Schedule induction programmes, prepare welcome packs, and assist in delivering welcome sessions.
  • Act as a main point of contact for new joiners before start dates and prepare welcome announcements.

Reporting, Records & Team Support

  • Maintain organisational charts and monthly recruitment reports.
  • Support graduate recruitment events when required.
  • Ensure accurate filing, expense processing, and upkeep of firm tracking systems such as iManage, OneNote and SilkRoad.

What You Bring

  • Degree‑level education with experience in legal or professional services recruitment (legal sector experience preferred).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under time pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff at all levels.
  • High level of reliability, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with systems such as iManage, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Customer‑service‑focused approach and confident stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and a positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment
