We are partnering with a well-established and highly regarded consumer brand to appoint a People Partner to support the Head Office team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, navigating a broad range of people matters, and contributing to a high-performing, commercially focused culture.
Working closely with senior leaders and managers across corporate functions, you’ll act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, supporting employee relations, performance management, talent planning, organisational development and engagement initiatives. The role offers genuine breadth, visibility and the opportunity to influence business performance through people.
What you’ll be doing
- Partnering with managers and leadership teams to provide expert HR support and guidance.
- Advising on a wide range of employee relations matters, including conduct, capability and attendance.
- Supporting talent and succession planning activities across key business functions.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives and helping leaders deliver meaningful action plans.
- Working closely with recruitment and learning teams to attract, retain and develop talent.
- Supporting annual reward and compensation processes, alongside people projects and change initiatives.
- Using people data and insights to inform decision making and improve business outcomes.
About you
You’ll be an experienced HR professional who combines strong employment law knowledge with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels. You’ll be commercially minded, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where relationships, credibility and sound judgement are key.
We’re particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
- Experience in a HR Business Partner or People Partner capacity looking after a headcount of 200+.
- Strong employee relations and performance management expertise.
- The ability to coach and support leaders effectively.
- Experience using data and insight to shape people decisions.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent practical experience.

Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + 20% bonus
