People Partner

We’re working with a fast-growing animal healthcare provider to hire a People Partner (HRBP) to support three of their major locations in the Tri-state area. This ambitious company (4,000+ employees) has over 70 facilities nationwide with plans to open another 30 sites in 2024. On offer is a base salary in the region of $150k, plus bonus, unlimited PTO, excellent benefits and a phenomenal work culture. This role will be based in the Tri-state area (close proximity to Westchester County) on a hybrid basis (3 days per week). It will be a mixture of strategic and hands-on. A love for animals is a must!

In this pivotal individual contributor role, you will be tasked with taking on broad and exciting project-based work alongside traditional HR duties. Our client is seeking a lively and energetic people person who is confident engaging with a talented and diverse population. Previous experience in rapidly growing companies would be useful, as would those who have supported both contract and hourly employees.
