Payroll Manager

Our client, a dynamic company with 1300+ employees across multiple states including NJ, PA, and CA, is on the lookout for a Payroll Manager to join their team. With offices nationwide, including home offices, this role offers the perfect blend of responsibility and flexibility.
Key Details:
✅ Experience with multi-state payroll (biweekly and semi-monthly)
✅ Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
✅ Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) qualification preferred
✅ Reports directly to their highly regarded Head of HR, who brings incredible tenure and expertise to the table
✅ Oversees a dedicated team of two: Senior Payroll Specialist and Payroll Specialist
✅ Ideally targeting 8-10+ years of Payroll experience, with a focus on HR-oriented payroll management and a Bachelors Degree
