Professional Development Co-ordinator
We’re seeking an organised, detail‑focused coordinator to support a Global law firm.
The role combines HR administration with hands‑on support for professional development programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, employment changes, checks, and documentation.
- Support annual reviews, reporting, payroll coordination, and reference preparation.
- Assist with legal training programmes – logistics, scheduling, invitations, records, and CPD compliance.
- Help coordinate events, coaching initiatives, and conferences.
- Maintain accurate data across systems and process invoices.
Ideal Profile
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and administrative skills.
- Experience in a law firm preferred or professional services environment.
- Flexibility to be office‑based in London 4-5 days per week.
