We are partnering with a highly regarded boutique law firm in London to appoint a Recruitment Manager to lead their end-to-end hiring strategy across both business services and fee-earning populations.

The Opportunity
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will take ownership of all lateral hiring across the firm, supporting both core business services functions and fee-earning teams, including Partner and senior lawyer recruitment.
Operating in a lean, collaborative environment, this role offers a broad remit with real influence-ideal for someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across business services and fee-earning teams
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders, including Partners, to define hiring requirements and drive best practice
- Manage and deliver lateral hiring at all levels, including Partner recruitment
- Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies to reduce agency reliance
- Oversee and continuously improve recruitment processes, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Manage external supplier relationships where required
- Provide market insight, salary benchmarking and hiring data to inform decision-making
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in legal recruitment, covering both business services and fee-earner hiring
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing at Partner level
- Strong direct sourcing capability with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Commercially minded, with the ability to balance delivery and strategic input
- Comfortable operating in a boutique or agile environment
