Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded global law firm to appoint a Reward Manager into their growing global HR team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced reward professional to join a business that is investing in its reward function and looking closely at how pay, bonus, benchmarking and wider reward activity is structured across its global population.

Reporting to the Global Head of Reward, the Reward Manager will play a key role in shaping and delivering the firm’s total reward strategy. The role will work closely with HR, Finance and senior business leaders to provide expert advice across salary benchmarking, annual pay reviews, incentive schemes, reward governance and market positioning.

The firm has seen significant growth over recent years and now operates across an international office network with a sizeable global employee and partner population. The culture is described as friendly, collaborative and authentic, with a strong family feel. This would suit someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, bringing structure and insight, and working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and deliver the firm’s global reward strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the wider people strategy.

· Lead annual salary and bonus review processes across the relevant regions.

· Manage compensation benchmarking, job coding and reward analytics.

· Develop salary structures, pay frameworks and market insight to support decision-making.

· Provide reward recommendations to support recruitment, promotions, retention and internal progression.

· Review the effectiveness of bonus and incentive schemes.

· Support pay equity analysis, governance, reward policies and regulatory requirements, including gender pay reporting and pay transparency legislation.

· Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, senior leaders and external reward providers.

· Work with the Reward Analyst to produce insight-led recommendations and support continuous improvement across reward processes.

About You

· Significant experience in compensation and reward, gained within a professional services, law firm or corporate environment.

· Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking methodologies and annual salary review processes.

· Experience working across global or international reward would be highly beneficial, particularly across the UK and APAC.

· Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel skills.

· Experience with HR systems or reward platforms, with Workday or HiBob experience useful.

· Commercially aware, credible and confident when partnering with senior stakeholders.

· Previous line management experience, or the ability to manage and develop a Reward Analyst.

· A collaborative, approachable style, with the ability to bring structure and clarity in a growing reward function.

Why Apply?

This is a newly shaped opportunity within a global reward function that is receiving investment and senior leadership support. You will have the chance to influence how reward is delivered across a growing international firm, while joining a warm, values-led culture that prides itself on being approachable, straightforward, supportive and distinctive.
