I’m delighted to be partnering with a scaling organisation on a newly created role that offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact. You’ll play a key role in shaping the people agenda and supporting the business as it continues to expand.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR People Partner who thrives on building trusted relationships, influencing senior leaders, and aligning people strategy with business objectives. Working closely with key client groups, you’ll act as a true partner to the business, providing strategic guidance and helping leaders build high-performing, engaged teams.

This isn’t a transactional HR role. I’m looking for someone who can confidently challenge, coach and influence stakeholders, using data, insight and commercial understanding to drive better people outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people plans aligned to business strategy.
  • Provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning and change initiatives.
  • Coach and support leaders on performance, engagement, talent and employee relations matters.
  • Use people data and insight to identify trends and drive decision-making.
  • Lead talent and succession planning discussions across your client groups.
  • Support business transformation and growth through effective people interventions.
  • Champion employee engagement, culture and leadership capability initiatives.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience operating in a strategic HR Business Partner or People Partner role.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge at senior level.
  • Experience supporting organisational change, transformation and growth.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to translate business needs into people solutions.
  • Strong employee relations knowledge and the ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Experience in organisational design, talent management and workforce planning.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to turn insight into action.

If you’re a commercially focused HR professional who enjoys true business partnering and wants to play a pivotal role in a growing organisation, please get in touch for more information and to apply.
