Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a global professional services firm to appoint a proactive and resourceful Talent Resourcing Specialist to join their Singapore office. This is a valuable opportunity to be part of a collaborative and high-performing team within a firm that prioritises excellence, integrity, and employee development.
This individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end staffing processes for fee earners across Southeast Asia, ensuring optimal resource allocation and utilization. The role offers a balanced mix of operational execution and strategic exposure, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and regional initiatives.
In addition to core responsibilities, this role offers significant stakeholder engagement, providing the opportunity to work closely with Partners and cross-functional teams across SEA and Asia Pacific.
The successful candidate will be a dependable and solutions-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high-quality staffing support. Experience in professional services or multinational environments is preferred. Proficiency in data management and Excel is essential.
