Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading international financial institution to appoint a high‑calibre Total Rewards Manager / Senior Manager to join their Singapore office. This is a great opportunity to be part of a progressive HR function within a global organisation known for its strong governance, people‑centric culture, and commitment to talent development.
This individual will play a key role in driving and managing the institution’s Total Rewards agenda across the region. The scope includes compensation strategy and execution, annual rewards cycles, market benchmarking, job grading, benefits administration, governance, and partnering closely with HRBPs and business leaders on all reward‑related matters. You will be a subject‑matter expert who provides insights, supports compliance with regulatory expectations, and ensures the reward framework remains competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
The successful candidate will be analytical, detail‑oriented, and highly collaborative, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate confidently in a matrixed international environment. Prior experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards within banking, financial services, or other regulated multinational environments will be highly valued.
