An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR leader to join a highly respected market-leading organisation at the forefront of financial markets, technology innovation, and digital transformation in Asia.

We are seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to partner closely with a large and rapidly evolving technology function. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior technology executives, shaping people strategy, driving organisational effectiveness, and enabling business growth through world-class talent practices.

This is a highly strategic and visible position, offering the opportunity to influence a critical technology organisation undergoing significant transformation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior technology leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on organisation design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, and talent management.
  • Lead complex change and transformation initiatives, supporting evolving business and technology priorities.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture, and inclusion strategies across the technology population.
  • Provide expert guidance on performance management, talent development, and retention initiatives.
  • Leverage people analytics and workforce insights to support informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence across Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations to deliver integrated HR solutions.
  • Coach and support leaders through organisational growth, transformation, and talent challenges.
  • Ensure HR practices remain aligned with applicable regulatory and governance requirements.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partnering leadership responsibility.
  • Proven experience supporting technology, engineering, digital, product, data, or innovation-led organisations.
  • Strong track record partnering with executive leadership teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Deep expertise in organisational design, talent management, leadership development, and change management.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the credibility to engage senior executives.
  • Experience within financial services, professional services, technology, telecommunications, or other highly regulated environments would be advantageous.
