The Role

As VP, HR, APAC, you will serve as a key member of the regional leadership team, translating business strategy into actionable people initiatives across diverse markets. You will lead both strategic and operational HR delivery, ensuring the organisation is equipped to scale effectively while maintaining strong employee engagement and performance standards.

The role requires a leader who is comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, execution‑driven environment, with a strong appreciation for frontline and operational workforce dynamics.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the APAC HR strategy, aligned with global business objectives and regional growth plans
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive organisational performance, workforce planning, and capability building
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including HR business partnering, talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation, and employee relations
  • Support large‑scale, operational workforces, ensuring HR practices are effective across both frontline and corporate populations
  • Drive change management and transformation initiatives, including organisational restructuring and process optimisation
  • Ensure compliance with local labour regulations across multiple APAC markets
  • Build and lead a high‑performing regional HR function, fostering consistency while allowing for local flexibility

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role (VP / Director level) within supply chain, logistics, industrial, or similarly operational environments
  • Strong regional exposure across APAC, with the ability to navigate cultural, regulatory, and organisational complexity
  • A commercially minded HR leader with the ability to influence business outcomes
  • Demonstrated success in driving transformation, scaling operations, and leading through change
  • Strong operational focus, with experience supporting large and distributed workforces
  • High level of credibility, resilience, and stakeholder management capability
