Role: HR Generalist

Location: Blue Bell, PA

In Office Schedule: 3 days in office

Compensation: Up to $100k base salary plus bonus and benefits

Our client is a leading global reinsurance firm who is looking for an HR Generalist to support their US business. This newly created role will support the full employee lifecycle while driving HR operations, talent initiatives, and employee engagement across a growing business.

This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence employee experience, strengthen HR processes, and support business growth.

As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the dedicated HR partner for the US business
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Managing payroll, benefits administration, HR compliance, and employee records
  • Advising leaders on people matters and HR best practices
  • Driving performance review, compensation, and talent management processes
  • Partnering with global HR teams to implement programs and ensure policy consistency
  • Supporting learning, leadership development, and employee development initiatives
  • Delivering HR reporting, process improvements, and a best-in-class employee experience

Key requirements:

  • HR professional with 5-8 years of generalist experience
  • Experience within financial services or a professional services environment is preferred
  • Confident, proactive self-starter who thrives in a standalone role
  • Trusted advisor with strong judgment and common sense
  • Strong relationship builder who can influence at all levels
  • Detail-oriented professional with a hands-on approach
  • Collaborative team player who isn’t afraid to share ideas and challenge constructively
