📍 Central Manchester (3 days on site) £50,000 – £60,000.
I’m working on a client-confidential opportunity within a high-performing professional services environment, currently looking to appoint a Global Compensation Analyst into their established People team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their expertise in reward, joining a commercially focused and well-regarded function with strong global exposure.
The role
You’ll play a key role in supporting compensation activity across the business, acting as a central point of contact for reward-related queries and analysis.
The position offers a broad remit, including:
- Conducting job evaluations and salary benchmarking
- Providing compensation analysis to support pay decisions and ensure market competitiveness
- Using market data and salary surveys to inform recommendations
- Supporting internal equity and governance across compensation processes
- Working closely with stakeholders across the business on reward matters
About you
- Previous experience within compensation, reward or HR/finance analytics
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional services environment
- Confident engaging with stakeholders across different levels
