We’re working with a highly successful, fast-growing organisation to recruit a People Administrator into their established HR team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, commercially focused People function, where you’ll gain broad exposure across the employee lifecycle and build your HR career in a supportive but fast-paced environment.
The role
As a key part of the team, you’ll act as a first point of contact for HR queries while supporting a range of core People activities, including:
- Onboarding and offboarding processes
- Managing employee data via HR systems
- Drafting contracts and documentation
- Supporting HR projects and policy rollouts
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across the People team
About you
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Keen to develop and grow within HR
