Are you an experienced ER professional who thrives on managing complex employee relations matters and influencing stakeholders at all levels?
We’re partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit an ER Advisor to join a collaborative and high-performing HR team.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a broad range of complex ER cases, providing commercially focused advice and coaching to managers while ensuring risk is managed effectively. You’ll be a trusted partner to stakeholders, balancing employee experience with business outcomes.
We’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing complex ER casework end-to-end
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Solid UK employment law knowledge
- A pragmatic, confident and solutions-focused approach
Sector background is flexible. Whether you’ve worked in professional services, financial services, public sector, retail or another environment, the key requirement is your ability to navigate challenging employee relations issues and build credibility with stakeholders.
