Team Structure & Support Model

  • The EA will support 2 Partners, 1 Principal, and 4 Advisors.
  • Only the Principal works regularly from the NYC office; the rest of the team is primarily remote.
  • One partner requires lighter support; the other is more active but described as very pleasant and easy to work with.
  • Advisors have varied working styles, and some already have PAs who assist with coordination-so this EA must be adaptable and able to navigate different preferences.
